Stop the Presses!
Straight from our friends in the mainstream media: "Experts: 'Indiana Jones' Pure Fiction". Oh holy crap on a crap cracker, I get down on my knees and thank the Good Lord by whom I am fearfully and wonderfully made that brave, intrepid reporters over at CNN are on the ball on that one!
Folks, we can all sleep soundly tonight without fear that any of the Indiana Jones movies are actually based on real historical events. God speed you, CNN!

"Holy crap on a cracker"? I've gotta remember that for my next project review meeting.
I think the person that got this "story" should be fired, and the "expert" who pointed it out needs to go back to thier part time job of making sure the fries are done.
This is almost as bad as cnn having to recap, releated or unrelated stories at the end of a report.
I guess I can hold on to my imagte of speed racer being real till the french fry timer is reset and the expert informs me that is fantasy as well.
Marty -- it's "crap on a CRAP cracker". That gives it a bit of extra oomph, I think.
Carlston -- welcome, and feel free to look around (howdja get here? I'm curious how people find me...). And considering that no "Experts" ever told me that Jurassic Park was pure fiction, I watch my back every day for fear or velociraptors. Maybe CNN could set my mind at ease with a well-timed interview.
Holy crap on a crap cracker! I did a reverse Paris in the the Spring!
I agree (that crap on a crap cracker has extra oomph and that this story is ridiculous)
I found your post because it's linked as a trackback at the bottom of the CNN article. I'm sure that feature will be getting abused soon.
